Quotes and Services
Services may include coffee machine subscriptions, self-service caffès, trailer or cart experiences, breakroom stocking, and related supplies or support.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client, including location, space, traffic, guest count, service window, supply needs, access requirements, and requested add-ons.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing, deposits, recurring fees, usage-based charges, payment timing, and taxes will be set out in the applicable quote, invoice, or agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may change if the requested scope, schedule, guest count, supply list, site conditions, or service requirements change.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service details, site access, and a safe working area.
- Confirm electrical, water, loading, parking, venue, and building requirements where relevant.
- Obtain required approvals, permits, or venue permissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Notify us of allergies, dietary needs, event changes, or building restrictions in advance.
Cancellations, Changes, and Substitutions
Cancellation, rescheduling, and change terms may vary by service type and will be confirmed in the applicable quote or agreement.
Products, menus, supplies, and equipment may be substituted when needed due to availability, safety, quality, or operational requirements, while keeping the service as close as practical to the agreed plan.
Equipment and Site Care
Cornicello Caffè equipment remains the property of Cornicello Caffè or its equipment partners unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for reasonable care of installed or placed equipment while it is at their site.
Liability and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, Cornicello Caffè is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
