Alexander Soares

An OCAD graduate with over a decade in film and prosthetics, Alexander blends his Italian and Portuguese heritage with a lifelong love for coffee. An artist at heart, he approaches espresso as both craft and science, always chasing the perfect pour. His creativity fuels Cornicello Caffè’s vision, ensuring every cup is as memorable as it is delicious.

Rachel Jurgens, CPA

A CPA and Certified Internal Auditor, Rachel has spent over a decade in consulting at a leading professional services firm after graduating from Queen’s University. A world traveler with a love for diverse coffee blends, she brings precision, strategy, and heart to Cornicello Caffè’s operations. Outside the grind, Rachel serves as a Board Director for the Red Door Women and Family Shelter and Start Proud.
